NeuralStackBoomi has added agent observability capabilities for self-hosted runtimes in its September 2026 Integration and Automation Platform release. The company’s update extends monitoring features to AI agents running outside Boomi-hosted environments.
The capabilities are available in early access and are designed to help organizations monitor agent behavior across self-hosted deployments. Boomi’s Control Tower now extends metadata synchronization, invocation metrics, and session-error reporting to those agents.
The update gives administrators a more consistent view of agent activity across different runtime locations. Previously, the observability features described in the release were associated with Boomi-hosted Agent Garden, while the new capability reaches agents running on self-hosted runtimes.
Control Tower serves as Boomi’s centralized management interface for the release. By bringing runtime metadata and operational signals into that interface, the platform connects agent administration with information about how agents are being invoked and where sessions are encountering errors.

Agent deployments are increasingly spread across hosted and self-managed infrastructure, making visibility a practical requirement for operating them.
