NeuralStackAmazon Web Services launched Bedrock Agent Builder on July 20 2026 as a visual interface for building and deploying AI agents. The service supports orchestration across 12 pre-built enterprise connectors including SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceNow. Customers can define agent goals in natural language and test executions in a sandbox before production deployment.
The builder uses Claude 3.5 Sonnet and Amazon Titan models with automatic fallback routing. Pricing starts at 0.45 dollars per thousand agent steps with volume discounts above 50 million steps monthly. AWS reported 28 enterprise customers in private preview including two Fortune 100 manufacturers.
Bedrock itself launched in October 2023 and added agent capabilities in 2025. The new builder addresses developer complaints about complex YAML configuration required in prior versions. AWS competes with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Google Vertex AI Agent Builder.
